Fireplace attic in Moscow by Ruetemple

Made for the TV show “Cottage Solution” on NTV, Russian architectural studio Ruetemple has transformed a disorganized attic into a very laconic space full of light.

This 60 sqm room on the mansard floor of a three-story apartment house, is now a relaxed leisure area around the fireplace, where the customer could spend their time together – in silence, tranquility, and without children.

Inspiration from architect:

First it should be totally different from the interior of the rest part of the house, it should be unexpected for the customers and even contradicting their requests on style. Second, the interior should tune a person to a calm and regular rhythm.
