Villa Dall’Ava in Paris / OMA
Villa Dall’Ava in Paris is a house which looks to sit precariously on top of thin stilts by OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture) in 1991.
Architects: Rem Koolhaas / OMA
Location: Paris, France
Photoggraphs: Peter Aaron / Esto, Hectic Pictures
From the architects:
The house is conceived as a glass pavilion containing living and dining areas, with two hovering, perpendicular apartments shifted in opposite directions to exploit the view. They are joined by the swimming pool which rests on the concrete structure encased by the glass pavilion.
