Embedded in a slight slope on the border to Austria, surrounded by a hilly landscape, Haus P is a deep-black holiday home for a family of seven, with contemporary structure stands out with its slightly pitched roof.

The classic Allgau buildings traditional 16-degree roof has been added to complete the shape of the house, ordinary wood is used throughout the interior, construction and façade.

Its geometric exterior façade is of flame-treated wood, lending it its black finish and natural protection from weathering. Cleverly chosen caesuras have reduced the house to its required volume while maintaining the classic volume.
