This is a stylish extension to a former 1940s textile factory in the municipality of Ontinyent, Valencia, the material concrete plays a prominent role in the design and gives the house its robust personality.

Within a large open living space, a sculptural staircase directs visitors throughout the five remaining upper and lower levels. The large sheltered basement connect the house to the all-white concrete pool.

Inspiration from architect:

The core of the project is a large open space on the ground floor and a sculptural staircase made of concrete that guide visitors to the upper floors. The materials, with an absolute use of white, are always naked and honest.
