The Green Studio by Fraher Architects

Attached to the edge of an old house in South East of London, the Green Studio is a geometry two-story glass building with green roof, its work space for Architectural Practice Fraher.

The criss-crossing red cables extend from the angular double-height ceiling of a ground-floor workplace to the floor’s edge of a small mezzanine office, creating a net and playful space elements.

Inspiration from architect:

The studio’s shape and orientation has resulted from a detailed sunlight analysis minimizing its impact on the surrounding buildings and ensuring high levels of day lighting to the garden and work spaces.
