Inside, the roof, floor slabs, stairs and furniture are all built out of concrete, which appears everywhere in the house, giving it a robust feel.

Two concrete terraces extend out from the core, one encompassing the swimming pool and the second an extension of the kitchen.

The structure was inspired by “Walden”, a book written by Henry David Thoreau about living a simple life in a natural environment. The minimalist structure is made of concrete and features wooden accents that add a rustic warmth to the interior. Surrounded by vegetation and sand, the peaceful, comfortable and simple house is the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway in the middle of nature.
