Visiting Artists House / Jim Jennings Architecture
A bipartite facility for renowned artists commissioned to work on a former Sonoma County sheep ranch, the residence is defined by two poured-in-place concrete walls slice through a hill in a shifting of horizontal and vertical planes-incorporates an expansively gestural sculpture and challenges perceptions of space.
Architects: Jim Jennings Architecture
Location: Geyserville, California, USA
Photographs: Tim Griffith, Matthew Millman
Sculpture: David Rabinowitch
