Division House by TNA Architects
Located in the forest of Suwa in Nagano Prefecture at the foot of the Yatsugatake mountains, surrounded by the dense Japanese white birches, the Division House is a weekend house for a couple from Tokyo.

All made of wood, the building contains a large cube and a small adjoining cube annex. From above, the asymmetrical pitched roof of house looks like an enormous arrow, adjacent to a quiet pond.
Inspiration from architect:
You experience a total immersion in the forest when you are inside the house. Rather than a building that simply pushes the forest away, Division House creates spaces in-between the trees.
