Two buildings forming a pair are placed with carefully-balanced positions. The main building’s location provides outlook towards the strait.

The floor plan is based on that gather around the fireplace and views, chimney stands in the center of the building with two fireplaces on top of each other.

Inspiration from architect:

The place required a sensitivity in the meeting between the house and plot, wood made it possible to meet the ground so precisely. Wood is the most pliable material I can imagine.
