Stupet Refugium by Petra Gipp Arkitektur
Perched on a cliff ledges towards Lake Vättern in Ödeshög, the Stupet Refugium is a single family house made of concrete and wood, the promenade begins at the entrance to the house, continues through the volume and leads on down to the water.

Inspiration from architect:
There is a desire for a sculptural volume, where the interior ledges adapts to natural levels, there is no distinction between wall and roof. A concentrated form where the inner room sequence creates a clear boundary between the habitable and the outside nature. The large glass openings against nature becomes like a thin membrane.
