Sits on a 21 acres sub-alpine terrace, Aro Hā is framed by mountain peaks and forests, overlooking expansive views of Lake Wakatipu. The cluster of 11 buildings make up the campus, with the serrated rooflines, vertical timber exteriors and schist detailing.
Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends, Aro Hā physically stimulating programs sculpt the body & mind with sub-alpine hiking, vinyasa yoga, and dynamic movement.
Programs include nutrient-dense vegetarian cuisine, healing bodywork, and daily mindfulness practice, the five- or seven-day programs aim for radical lifestyle changes.
