Vorstadt 14 Renovation in Switzerland by Soius

The Vorstadt 14 was a 15th century building in Zug, a city in the heart of Switzerland. Originally a private residence, and now it new identity is the Rough Luxe Hotel.

This medieval town house was renovated by Zug-based Interior and architecture studio Soius which run by designer Roger Stüssi, he did a quite extraordinary job, saving the old elements and combining them with equally sensual new materials like black steel and concrete.

Roger Stüssi is a conceptually driven interior architect and designer. Before returning to Switzerland and setting up his own interior design office ‘Soius’ in 1999. Roger Stüssi develops and produces his projects in close collaboration with skilled craftsmen from diverse fields, ranging from traditional handicraft to high-tech engineering……
