Located in Aarhus, Denmark, Architects Gjøde & Povlsgaard Arkitekter have created a Infinite Bridge in connection with the international biennale, Sculpture by the Sea 2015.

The endless loop sculpture re-establish contact between the coast and the historic site at Varna Palace, providing an endless panoramic of the city and the magnificent landscape of the bay.

The Infinite Bridge has a diameter of 60 meters, full length of 188 meters, is positioned half on the beach and half in the sea.

It consists of 60 identical wooden elements placed on steel pillars, the 2.4 meters width deck of the bridge rises between one and two meters above the water surface depending on the tide.
