Located in a new subdivision in the seaside area of Valeria del Mar, 360 km south of Buenos Aires, the SV House is a simple concrete building, as a great summer home which will also be rented seasonally.

Architects used exposed concrete to exploit its sculptural qualities while avoiding maintenance later in the life of the house,it also allows to greatly simplify the construction process.

Inspiration from architect:

The house was designed as a single volume of strongly elongated proportions, placing the master bedroom on one end and the other two bedrooms on the opposite end, and forming the central space as the meeting area for the whole family, looking for a good direct relationship to the outside.
