Stands on a steep rocky coast in a charming seaside village of the Mediterranean sea, the Oport1 House is a dream ocean retreat with numerous openings to capture the astonishing landscape, enjoying a laidback and peaceful way of life.

Based on the openings to the different environments that surround it, the house defines unique relationships with the water and the mountain.

The house has a green roof that helps to control its interior temperature changes, and will incorporate state of the art environmental conditions to fulfill the highest environmental standards.

Inspiration from architect:

The project attempts to frame and diversify the views over its surroundings and incorporate them within the most significant spaces in the house.
