Office and Housing in Malaga by OAM

Located in the new Square Jewish Quarter of Málaga, connects the central Granada street with archaeological area of ​​the Roman Theatre and the Alcazab, this building sew different scale residential properties and housing the municipal offices of the Rehabilitation of the Historic Center.

The facade consists of a double skin of glass and white-lacquered perforated sheet, and was designed to give the building a transparency that varies in the course of the day and through the four seasons, depending on the light.

Inspiration from architect:

Transparency and visual silence are the main arguments of a project to the outer urban reality in justification of its existence. Workspaces, double direction patio, stairs and terraces are completely airy with each other and with the outside, becoming a panopticon that captures the skyline of the historic city.
