Located in the new Square Jewish Quarter of Málaga, connects the central Granada street with archaeological area of the Roman Theatre and the Alcazab, this building sew different scale residential properties and housing the municipal offices of the Rehabilitation of the Historic Center.
The facade consists of a double skin of glass and white-lacquered perforated sheet, and was designed to give the building a transparency that varies in the course of the day and through the four seasons, depending on the light.
Inspiration from architect:
Transparency and visual silence are the main arguments of a project to the outer urban reality in justification of its existence. Workspaces, double direction patio, stairs and terraces are completely airy with each other and with the outside, becoming a panopticon that captures the skyline of the historic city.
