Transformation of an old garage into a 250 sq. ft. fully functioning living space with a sleeping loft. The majority of the fixtures and furnishing are custom built or salvaged, refurbished and repurposed by the designer/owner and additional trades people. The original structure was raised 4 feet, and square footage was added to the original footprint for the bathroom.
