Light Stage House by Bunzo Ogawa / Future Design

Located in Hiroshima city adjacent to a ordinary residential area, the Light Stage House is a curved surface building only leaving small openings including one door and several windows.

Inside is completely different with exterior: three-story living space with minimalist interiors filled by sunlight through a huge skylights.

Inspiration from architect:

The concept of this house, “sunlight stage” is a proposal of the way of taking sunlight on the site.

The taking point of sunlight is set to a high position of the north side of the house, and all plans arise there.
