House in Sarzeau by RAUM Architects

Located on the edge of a small town in Brittany on the north coast of the Rhuys peninsula, the House in Sarzeau is a small family holiday home overhanging the sea.

With the blackened timber cladding is in stark contrast to a crisp white interior, the windows frame views of the surrounding landscape, including both the forest and the town below.

Inspiration from architect:

The project set up in this woods hill and offers several living areas connected to the outside in a particular way. The structure of the building and the windows are made out of a wood as well as the facade which is lined with vertical wood slats.
