The shape of the plot and the unique construction zone in the middle of the garden soon formed the basis for an open structure where the interaction inside-outside central.

Inspiration from architect:

The spacious and open character was obtained through large windows and the fact that no inner hits a façade on the ground floor. By views, light and contacts created through the circulation zones. The many doors provide flexibility in perception of the different spaces.
