House Expansion and Conversion by Frundgallina

This project is the transformation of a 1950s family house, located on the edge of an industrial area of Cortaillod. Neuchâtel-based architect Frundgallina create a simple and compact design and built the structure of wooden facades under the premise of keeping the house silhouettes.

Inspiration from architect:

In this case, its banality and the lifestyle of the owner led us to think about a project that has as its starting point and interiority is revealed through a peripheral space , which serves to compose distribution in the end, the new facade of the house.
