Located in a seaport city in 39 km southwest of Copenhagen, the Cirkelhuset is a 132 apartments units which appears as a huge closed-loop annular building, three paths connect the courtyard to the surroundings, including the park and the city.

No less than 13 different colors are used for facade panels on the inside, in stark contrast to the dark gray natural slate exterior facades, looks like an incredible color game.

Inspiration from architect:
The circular building shape originates from our ambition to reduce traffic noise internally within the units as well as in the common areas outside. At the same time, the sloping roof ensures views and sun light to arrive at the lower levels of the buildings.
