Inspiration from architect:

When we investigated the conditions for building 8, we realized that the building had its long side facing south with views over open rocky ground and the sea. We dug out a sunken courtyard and took the hole in the bunker’s concrete walls of glass partitions. The sheltered courtyard forms a micro-climate – this snow melts first at Bungenäs.
